Oh yes, and I live here, in Sainte Foy Tarentaise, France - so the mountain theme makes a lot of sense!

I had the joy of attending Hannah's yoga class. She's such a warm hearted soul and accepting

of any ability in her classes.

mobility, stretches and strength

Snowboarding is my passion, and my yoga practice is the perfect antidote to the aches and pains that come along with a big day on the hill and to wind down and rebalance after those high adrenaline days.

Physically, yoga helps you build the strength, mobility and flexibility that skiing and snowboarding demand, but there’s so much more - yoga helps create a presence of mind and inner clarity and calm that is essential, particularly if you’re pushing yourself and riding hard either on piste, in the park or in the backcountry. 

 

I love to share the many benefits of a yoga practice to complement your winter activities, and my winter classes are tailored to support skiers and snowboarders.

 

I've also created a curated online yoga space for skiers, snowboarders and mountain lovers where you'll find a library of classes and series to support body and mind through your time in the mountains.

Hannah's calm energy, positive outlook and understanding nature was the perfect accompaniment to a week of snowboard coaching. Hannah's post snowboarding Yoga was perfect for stretching out the muscles and creating balance for the minds to help us feel refreshed for the week ahead!

In need of a little extra TLC during your mountain break? Soften muscular aches and pains, relieve stress, soothe and balance body & mind with a bespoke well-being massage, or combine with a private restorative yoga session for deepest relaxation and recovery.

Certified in well-being, muscular, Swedish and deep-tissue massage techniques, alongside restorative yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra (yogic sleep), I tailor well-being packages to bring you back to balance and offer a moment of calmest rest, relaxation and recovery.

Hannah came to my rescue. She visited my chalet, provided an amazing massage that targeted the painful area, and recommended exercises to do before and after skiing. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to ski for the remainder of my week. I can’t thank her enough and highly recommend her services!
